Jessie J Shaves off Her Head to Raise Money For Charity in 2012!!!

Jessie Ellen Cornish, was born on 27th March 1988 and she better known by her stage name Jessie J, is an English recording artist currently signed to Island Records. It was revealed in October 2011 that Jessie J will be a coach and a mentor on the television show, The Voice UK.

Jessie J confirmed on 2 August 2011 that she would be shaving her hair off for charity in 2012. She admitted that it’s hair, it will grow back. Even if it takes 2 years, if it saves lives it’s worth it. Even if its 1 life that’s something.
Jessie J is planning to shave her head for charity. The ‘Price Tag’ hitmaker  is known for her dark bobbed hair but wants to raise money for good causes by chopping off her locks and she insists she isn’t worried about having a buzz cut. She admitted that she is going to shave her head next year for charity – it’s definitely happening if she raise a million, which she think she will.

She has spoken to a few celebrities who are interested too. She is quite excited at getting rid of the bob. People say, but her hair is so nice. But she can wear wigs and no one would ever know. And if she can save some lives then that’s amazing.
Jessie feels she has been “chosen” to be a role model and so she never wants to let down her young fans, even though she knows that puts her under pressure. And she always wanted to bring good. She told that sometimes you don’t choose things; things choose you and she feel like the role model thing has chosen her. It’s important to embrace the limelight and she knows it sounds like a cliché, but the kids need me not to let them down.

It is a pressure and the difficult thing is she said that she don’t drink or smoke but which is true. But every now and again she’ll have one drink and suddenly everyone makes out like she as an alcoholic. It annoys her because it’s not like she said that she never drink, she had just said she is not a drinker.
