Pop Star Justin Bieber - Is A Father Of Fan’s Baby?????

The pop star Justin Bieber, who is dating Selena Gomez has been asked to undergo a DNA test to determine if he is the father Mariah Yeater’s baby son. Mariah Yeater, 20-year-old woman who claims that she had sex with him on October 25, 2010. She claims her son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born on July 6, was conceived when she had “unprotected sex” with the Justin Bieber on October 25^th, 2010, following a performance at Los Angeles Staples Center.

 And now Yeater’s lawyers Lance Rogers and Matthew Pare insists Justin Bieber to take parental responsibility. And they also said that Mariah Yeater is pursuing a modest and rightful claim. There is credible evidence that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of her baby. And they said that the evidence will be revealed in court. She is not seeking exorbitant compensation from him.

She merely requests that Justin Bieber provide a DNA sample to verify that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby and if so to help provide child support as required by California law.. If Justin Bieber is willing to voluntarily undergo a paternity test Ms. Yeater welcomes such cooperation and will be happy to resolve this issue in a less public manner.

 When this claim arouse Justin Bieber has ignored and denied he is the father of the almost four-month-old child, releasing a statement through his representatives saying, “It’s sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims.” And Yeater claims she was approached by one of Justin Bieber’s security guards at the concert and asked if she wanted to meet Justin and was then took backstage.

Yeater explained that she and Bieber began to kiss and then on Bieber’s suggestion she went with him to a “Private place” where he then told her “he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time” and they then had “brief” sex lasting only approximately 30 seconds.”

To put an end to the baby allegations against him, Justin Bieber is willing to take DNA test and by the way he is confident that he is not. And once proven that he is not that father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, he is going to turn the tables and sue her.

Justin is in Europe, this moment he has busy scheduled and unable to take the DNA test but in two weeks time once he’s back in the States he will submit to a test. Although there is a court mandate for him to take a paternity test, Justin isn’t going to wait for that. Court hearing about Yeater’s claims has been scheduled to take place on December 15^th 2011.

   Justin Bieber is busily recording his holiday album, and unlike other similar albums, he plans to load it up with new, original songs-not classic, Christmas tunes.

   Justin revealed last Thursday(on Sept 1^st) he plans to donated proceeds from the album to charity. He tweeted, “So it’s true… been in the studio doing something special for Christmas. We are going to try and raise a lot of money this year for charity!”

   Meanwhile, a source told that the album “coming out in October and November” and that Justin will go against holiday album tradition, and record his own songs instead of re-doing existing classics: “A secret about the album is that it’s not the normal Christmas album,” says the source. It has one classic (song) remixed but all the (other) songs are originals, written by Justin and (his) producers.

   Way to be a recording industry trend-setter, Justin!

   And also the source told that Justin is teaming up with “three major stars” on this album, so get ready for some power collaborating! Hmmm…..could it he girlfriend Selena Gomez? YouTube sensation Keenan Cahill? Or perhaps he’ll kick it with Chris Brown or Will.i.am?

   Whoever he’s chosen to collaborate with, the source, promises, “It is an amazing original album—probably his best album to date!”

   Justin Bieber’s Christmas album is coming soon. The Xmas album will feature not only a possible duet with Taylor Swift but also all ORIGINAL songs.

   In general, Justin told MTV News that he was exploring his other talents. “[I'm] writing about how I feel and producing. I’ve been producing on my laptop and on my computer. I’ve been really into it and, hopefully, this next album will be huge.” He added, “I’ve done a lot on my acoustic guitar, so it’s gonna have that vibe,” he explained.

   "I'm not gonna really limit myself. I think music is music, and genre — I mean, I know there's country music, there's rock music, but my music is different. My voice is not meant for any style. I just want to make music."
