In this blog entry I’m gonna talk about an amazing woman who lost her rapid weight after giving birth. She is none other than Victoria Beckham who gave birth to Harper in July.
She lost her rapid weight and made her public appearance with her husband David and their newborn on Sept 2nd in Los Angeles. She looked stunning in a super-skinny outfit with Louboutin heels. How did she lose her baby weight, which we can’t even imagine?
After giving birth to baby daughter Harper Seven, Victoria had been somewhere, she went to lose her rapid weight with a top secret mission that was to lose 30 pounds in just 30 days. The reason for losing her weight was she wants to look fabulous and stunning at New York Fashion Week.
She had a good idea, the question arises for us is that, the baby is healthy or not, whether she breastfeeding or not! When she is keen of losing her weight how it can be?
She went with the doctor’s recommendation or what? We don’t know what’s happening but she looks gorgeous and has stunning appearance. She is hiding herself out until she feels comfortable showing of her body again.
She is eating blueberries for breakfast, steamed sea bass with green vegetables for lunch and watercress soup for dinner and also snacking on king prawns to rev up her metabolism.
By knowing what she is exactly eating, it shows us that she intakes healthy food and being healthy. It’s not just eating healthy food she is also working out rigorously like high-powered cardio workouts including with treadmill, swimming, kickboxing and squats!
This shows her dedication. But she is making us to shock, In India after giving birth to a baby the woman should stay in rest atleast for 2-3 months and she has to take food for both, to breastfeed her baby. When coming to Victoria it ridiculous after giving birth to baby she was unrest!!!!!!!!!
